Digital Business Development Representative

You are the first line of contact with prospects and must excel in establishing meaningful conversations with C-level decision-makers. You will prospect, educate, qualify, and develop target accounts to generate sales-ready meetings and opportunities. Through account-based sales development, you will identify and build a sales pipeline that leads to revenue growth. This role is ideal for a highly motivated technical professional who is resilient and innovative in building and executing personalized business development prospecting campaigns.

As a new hire, you will participate in an intensive 2 week sales training program, collaborate with and shadow your peers, work closely with a mentor, and take product training as well as a curated selection of learning courses to further develop your skills.

Responsibilities:

  • 3-5 years digital sales experience, preferably in Web Development Agencies
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn, ActiveCampaign, WordPress and AI platforms highly preferred
  • Respond to and qualify incoming web and phone inquiries
  • Proactively identify, contact, and cultivate new business opportunities using a combination of calling, emailing, and social media
  • Be accountable to the goals of qualified meetings, opportunities, and revenue
  • Perform the level of activities (calls, emails, social media contacts, etc) to hit and exceed performance goals
  • Willingness to be creative and try new prospecting strategies

Web Designer I

Website Designer I designs and produces landing pages, websites, emails, and other Web marketing campaigns for multiple direct-to-consumer brands and products across multiple lead-gen and ecommerce websites. This role will collaborate with marketing specialists, copywriters, and code engineers to iterate and A/B test visual and interaction design ideas, layouts, and content. The role will be responsible for continually improving the performance of these designed assets across mobile, tablet, and desktop devices as a measure of sales conversion, click-through rates, opt-ins, customer engagement, and other meaningful performance metrics.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with other designers, digital acquisition marketing specialists, brand managers, and engineers to define visual, interface, and user requirements.
  • Produce and design in Figma, WordPress and other CMSs, Web landing pages, emails, banners, and online marketing campaigns.
  • Translate UI features and experiences from visual designers and contribute to the implementation process from initial concept through testing and launch.
  • Regularly ideate, implement, and measure results of A/B testing for ad creatives and landing pages in order to optimize for brand KPIs.
  • Regularly analyze and provide improvements for the customer experience throughout the sales funnel, from day one acquisition throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Partner with visual designers to explore new approaches to interface and UX challenges, and transform these designs into final prototypes.
  • Recommend and implement usage of other tools for online testing and page building.

Web Developer II

The Web Developer II designs, develops, maintains, integrates and implements web-centric applications, processes, and projects in support of the Websites T&T enterprise application development strategy. Experience in React, PHP & Python, SQL Databases, Docker, Linux Server preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, test and implement moderately complex information systems using established processes in small scale multi-tier environments.
  • Provides feedback throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC) starting with requirements analysis and modeling though implementation, debugging, deployment and ongoing support.
  • Create and maintain basic interoperability between large scale information systems.
  • Provide feedback to leadership regarding direction and focus of enterprise application strategy and software architecture.
  • Track and maintain all development activities in designated software development tracking solution
  • Provide development and production support to troubleshoot large scale information system related issues.
  • Work in primarily PHP based CMSs that is moving to decoupled front-ends as API endpoints become the easiest way to maintain data integrity and performance

Digital Assets Project Manager

The Digital Assets Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring all daytoday, short, and longterm project operations are handled on time, within specifications, and within budget. The Project Manager will work with the Principal Investigator, leadership team, and other internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful coordination and execution of such project.

  • 3-5 years project management experience, preferably in Web Development Agencies
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn, ActiveCampaign, WordPress and AI platforms highly preferred
  • Managing all phases of the projects within time, scope, budget
  • Managing project budget and financial reporting
  • Interface with external/internal stakeholders regularly & document progress
  • Provides project management support to leadership ensuring appropriate and timely communications, developing project plans and milestones, and ensuring successful outcomes
  • Aligns project outcomes to achieve financial, quality, and service goals
  • Effectively manages a variety of projects to ensure financial, quality, service, and operational goals are achieved
